Suzanne Steinbaum

Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum is an attending cardiologist in private practice specializing in prevention and wellness using her unique, personalized strategy designed specifically for women called SRSHeart that empowers them to live heart-healthy lives. Previously, she was the director of Women’s Cardiovascular Prevention, Health and Wellness at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and director of Women’s Heart Health at Northwell Lenox Hill, also in New York City. Author of Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum’s Heart Book: Every Woman’s Guide to a Heart Healthy Life and coauthor of Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally, she has been awarded a New York Times Super Doctor and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for Cardiovascular Disease and named to New York magazine’s prestigious Best Doctors list. Dr. Steinbaum is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association, and a national spokesperson for the Go Red for Women campaign and a chairperson of the Go Red for Women in New York City. She is on the New York City Board of the American Heart Association.
