Make yarrow tea (yarrow is sold at most health-food stores) by steeping a teaspoon of the herb in a cup of just-boiled water for about seven minutes. Strain and drink when needed. We don’t usually like to brag, but we’ve actually changed friends’ lives with this remedy—women who couldn’t cope with PMS and others who had to put their lives on hold while they doubled over in pain during their periods. Pass this healing tea remedy on to a loved one who has a rough go of it every month.
Note: Yarrow tea has a slightly bitter taste—so you may want to add honey.
