Linda Nee, owner of Disability Claims Solutions, Inc., a consulting service based in Portland, Maine, that assists insurance customers in the US, UK and Canada with disability claims. From 1994 until 2002, Nee worked as a lead customer specialist for the insurer Unum. She was fired after becoming a whistle-blower and speaking with news program Dateline NBC about the company’s practices.
