Joseph Rogers, founder and executive director of the National Mental Health Consumers’ Self-Help Clearinghouse, Philadelphia, which is funded by a grant from the US Department of Health & Human Services. He also is chief advocacy officer for the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
