Dr. Darria Long Gillespie is an emergency room physician and clinical assistant professor at University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She extracts lessons from medicine, science, eastern health and integrative medicine, to provide holistic, evidence-based and entirely do-able-in-their-busy-lives solutions for their health and wellness. Dr. Darria is a regular national TV contributor, national best-selling author of Mom Hacks and a TED speaker (“An ER Doctor on Triaging Your ‘Crazy Busy’ Life”) . She received her training in emergency medicine at Yale School of Medicine and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
