He also holds the Hazel Ruby McQuain Chair for Neurological Research in the West Virginia University School of Medicine, is the Director of basic neuroscience research in the West Virgina University Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, and is the Executive Director of the West Virgina University Center for Foundational Neuroscience Research and Education.
