Masha Remskar, MSc, is a behavioral scientist in the Health Department at the University of Bath in the UK, and a member of the scientific advisory board and research officer at the Medito Foundation, a Netherlands-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving mental well-being and fostering a more mindful and compassionate world.
