Malaz Boustani, MD, MPH, Richard M. Fairbanks Professor of Aging Research at Indiana University Center for Aging Research. He also is founding director and chief innovation and implementation officer of the Sandra Eskenazi Center for Brain Innovation, which is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of memory problems, and a research scientist at the Regenstrief Institute, Inc., a research organization that focuses on informatics and health-care research. His articles have appeared in publications such as Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, JAMA, Health Affairs, Neurology and Journal of Hospital Medicine. Dr. Boustani created and validated the Anticholinergic Cognitive Burden (ACB) scale.
