Helen Haskell, MA

Helen Haskell, MA, president of Mothers Against Medical Error, a nonprofit patient-safety organization, MAMEmomsonline.org. She serves on the board of directors of the National Patient Safety Foundation and is a board member of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the International Society for Rapid Response Systems. In 2015, she was named one of the top 50 patient-safety experts in the country by Becker’s Hospital Review.
